Now, all-grown up, Ray has over twenty years of domestic and international experience as a professional manager and organizational consultant in the sports and entertainment industries and has a unique ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.

He has dedicated his life to helping others through his commitment to being better every day. As an active supporter of many causes and a youth coach and mentor, Ray brings energy, excitement and insight to any setting.
