As the first General Manager of the New York Sharks, a full-contact all-female football team, Crystal’s keen sense of business both on and off the field, propelled her to Vice President status.

 

As a pioneer in women’s football, Crystal’s leadership skills helped guide her team to two National Championships. Off the field, Crystal is a tireless giver and always looking to help others. She loves cooking and entertaining for family and friends, as well as offering counseling, and employment services, to those getting back on their feet.

When asked, how does it feel to inspire so many women in sports, Crystal says, “It is a wonderful feeling to have been a standout high school and collegiate athlete.” “When I was presented with the opportunity to become the General Manager of a full contact all-female football team (the New York Sharks), I was all in. This was huge because, like the start of the WNBA, we were making history.”
